1. I'm expecting the worst and hoping for the best.

C’mon jurors!

3. I've been thinking split verdict.

Acquittal on the murder charges but conviction on the lesser charges.

Jury will send him to jail but not for life.

Just my gut feeling.

4. Probably the best we can hope for.

As long as the little jerk goes to jail for a substantial amount of time I would be satisfied.

6. Yes, that's likely I think.

Whatever he’s convicted of, expect the crazy judge to give him the mandatory minimum.

14. Is it the Judge Who

Determines the sentence according to the law?

10. I was thinking that until I read they were requesting the drone video

of the chase by Rosenbaum to review closely (highest resolution and able to pause was the note i believe)

That bit of evidence is probably the best thing the defense has going for them given the odd way WI law is written.

I'm pretty resigned to the little shit walking.

2. Thank God

I don't know how I got sucked into this thing the past two weeks. I have finals due in two weeks that I have been absolutely slow walking work on because I've been watching and posting about this thing.

Never again. No more trials.

I wonder if this is what people were like during OJ.

5. The OJ trial from what I've read was a phenomenon.

Like cultural defining. It also went on for much longer than this one. But pretty much every single person in the country stopped what they were doing to not only watch it but hear the verdict.

9. I broke down and got cable for OJ.

My dad and I painted the inside of my house for weeks. It was the only time we agreed on a something controversial.

11. I remember it and it was crazy.

Top story for a long long time. I was working at a lab at the time we had radio listening to the verdict as it happened.
