A car drove through a Christmas parade in Waukesha, Wisconsin, on Sunday afternoon, injuring an unknown number of attendees, according to local news reports.

Dozens of emergency officials responded after the incident around 4:40 p.m. local time. A livestream video of the event appears to show a red SUV speeding through the parade route, troubling those gathered on the street. A police vehicle is seen rushing through the crowd soon afterwards before the attendees begin to disperse.

Reports are that he was shooting out the window as well. That could bad eyewitness info and the police were shooting at him, but regardless, the road was completely blocked off and he had to ram through barricades and swerve around vehicles until he got into position to ram the crowd.

No one ever taught them how to tame their own minds and cultivate thoughts that are beneficial, rather than hateful.

Once I called 911 to report a man trying to pull a woman into his car, which was parked right in front of the house we were living in at the time. (She was screaming for help, it was awful.)

The first thing the operator asked was what the races of the two people were. I was horrified and yelled "What difference does THAT make?" in what I'm sure was a very offended tone of voice. She patiently explained what you just said, that she was asking for the purpose of getting description of them both. I have never forgotten that.

(P.S. He did NOT succeed in forcing her into the car. I don't know if he left before the cops arrived or not, but I'm almost sure it was some kind of domestic violence related incident, and she probably did not want to press charges. I hope things worked out all right for her, but I know too much about DV/abusive relationships to take anything for granted. )

If it is a black male, there could be all sorts of perceived grievances. Same if it is a white male, a female, or any other combination of skin color, gender, identity, religious affiliation, background, etc.
