I’m very proud of my neighbors.

ETA: …who were on the jury.

Nothing but shame and contempt for the McMichaels and Bryans and corrupt cops and prosecutors who went easy on the criminals.

We cleared a very very very low bar today. That's better than the alternative, but it doesn't do much for my opinion of our society/its people.

It’s like we are praising the people on the jury for making what was an obvious decision. It’s like they get kudos for not being that racist.

This was an easy open and shut case and the prosecutor was brilliant, the fact that white people get kudos for making a decision that they should have made is sad

since the defense thought an almost all white jury would give these murderers a pass, they got the structured jury they desired without the results they so desperately hoped for.

Did the right thing in the last election AND the revote for senate. Even with the Criminal GQP and trump, Graham and Meadows standing on their throats. Credit where it’s due. There are good people in all these red trump cult states. Just like here in N.C. Leadership is appointed via lying thieves, Corporate paid racist assholes. They DO NOT represent in most cases majority of good people in these state dictatorships. Thank you Georgia, now go after trump, Graham and Meadows for voter theft, and election corruption.
