We even re-elected him. And we threw Trump out on his ear. But we have so much trouble with legislatures! If we don't do something about these voting laws being passed, we're not going to be able to elect Democrats nationally at all.

and I agree with you about the legislature. I think a lot of our problems, broadly speaking, come down to Money in Politics, and too much Oligarchy, in general. I would love to see the enactment of some of the legislative initiatives proposed by people like Elizabeth Warren.

35. Same here. I had a very abusive

marriage in my early 20s and my ex stalked me after I left him, even continued after I remarried and moved out of state. I hate to think of what he could have done with today's technology in following me around with threats. I was fortunate back then that family, friends, and employers knew how dangerous he was and kept my whereabouts and personal information secret from him. How awful it must be today for women in situations like I was in back then.

Violations of privacy can have serious consequences beyond embarrassment.

I just think taking pictures of folks asleep is wrong. Especially posting them on the internet. It’s just creepy.

When a person is a asleep, they’re vulnerable, and probably in a place they feel safe. Taking a pic and posting it is a violation.

We don't know who took this pic, but Adam posted it, and he and his dad were both asleep in it. I see no reason to assume that Dad didn't give his consent as well. If the elder Mr. Schiff is anything like his son, I'm sure he has a good sense of humor.

Aside from anything else, I think this pic is incredibly sweet and very moving.

...they even had it on Mythbusters. What knocks you out is carb overload: Mashed or roasted potatoes, stuffing, gravy, sweet potatoes, corn, rolls etc. Dessert just piles on.

Ever since I have become diabetic I limit the carbs and focus on protiens.
I eat mostly turkey and meats and deviled eggs and the like at thanksgiving now.

So I dont get tired,while everybody else is konked or konking out,lol.

I don't understand why so many people are being so snippy about this picture, "embarrassing", "invasion of privacy", etc. I think this picture is precious. A moment of relaxation and love.
