1. If they don't have the evidence to do so yet, no. Can't prove the charges beyond reasonable doubt..

if DOJ isn't even investigating? The poll should be do you think DOJ should be investigating the coup attempt?

I know, I know, we don't know what we don't know. Maybe DOJ has been doing investigations and nothing at all has been leaked?

Maybe I won't need to use my snow blower this year?

Force the evidence, refer it to DoJ who assembles a Grand Jury who will/will not issue indictments. Just because all actions and evidence aren't on the nightly news doesn't mean a lot isn't happening.

The great frustration is that these criminals aren't in custody so they have less ability to do harm.

I maintain when Garland takes aim he can’t miss..and the charges have be all inclusive ..the Big Lie, fomenting an insurrection, a coup to overturn the election..and just because the Justice Department isn’t broadcasting their.every burp that doesn’t mean the wheels aren’t turning..

4. If they have the evidence that would reasonably lead to a meaningful indictment, yes

If they don't have the evidence, no.
If they are still in the process of gathering evidence, they need more time
If they need to take action that would lead to obtaining more evidence to indict, they need to slow the pace

Most importantly, since I am completely in the dark about what goes on inside DOJ, I don't know. Literally.

The optics alone aren't good

I'm tired of thinking someone is going to pay and no one does. Like Trump.

It looks like they are working their way up to the more serious offenders.

The sentences are getting more severe and I'm guessing people are starting to flip on the planners.

I trust the the AG to get it right although it might not be quick.
