Cy Vance retiring,

Well Manhattan DA Cy Vance has until the end of the month to decide if he is going to prosecute Donald Trump.

My guess is that Vance will do a repeat performance and skate leaving a new prosecutor to decide what to do with Trump.

Just my opinion, Trump is going to escape prosecution in Manhattan, cuing Georgia prosecutors to carry the ball, hope springs eternal.

Ms Carroll, who has accused Mr Trump of raping her in a New York City department store in 1996, tweeted on Friday that she was “MORE determined” to win her defamation lawsuit.

She also said she plans to sue the former president when the Adult Survivors Act is passed in New York state, allowing survivors of sexual assault to sue their alleged abusers after the statute of limitations has passed.

“Friends, I feel MORE determined to fight and win my defamation suit against Trump,” she tweeted.

“In fact, as soon as the Adult Survivors bill passes in New York, I will sue Trump for rape.

“My spirits are high! My attorneys are warriors!”

orange terrorist didn't self destruct after losing his sham of a "university" lawsuit.

Only took a $25 Million loan (he'll never pay back?) to settle the case and moved on.

I think it's still on going, yeah it is because our DOJ is defending the office of the president (Trump) in the law suit, because you know DOJ has to because Trump was performing an official presidential duty when he slandered Ms. Carrolle.

He kept kicking the can down the road, promising everything and delivering nothing. The fix was in from before TFG was even elected.

We couldn't come out and say that Cy Vanve Jr. wasn't going to prosecute Trump because we don't know what we don't know, we don't know what Jr. was or wasn't doing, well now we know, Jr. punted. Oh wait, excuse me, he has until the end of the month.

I'd bet my house on it.

get attacked for wanting Garland to act. I only watch 3 cable news shows and one was Nicolle today, where I saw a video of Adam Schiff saying DOJ wasn't doing anything, I listened to moderate Claire McCaskill say that DOJ wasn't doing anything. Last week I heard Dan Goldman and Frank Figliusi say that DOJ wasn't doing anything. Boy I sure hope the "be patient" people here are right and the experts wrong.

Some of them I know to be very sincere, but I believe they are woefully mistaken.

Others have turned out to be pretty sophisticated trolls.

what is most important is TIME. The GQP strategy is to run out the clock. Look how long it took to get Steve Bannon indicted, a low hanging fruit. Just imagine how long it will take to indict a former member of Trump's administration.

Here's the deal people aren't taking seriously. If the GQP wins the House it will subpoena Democrats every day of the week and use inherent contempt. If the GQP wins the Senate, the first week the filibuster will be gone. The fascists already control the Supreme Court and hundreds of fascists in the lower courts. It will be a generation or longer before the autocracy is beaten back. I am dead serious because I live among these people, I know what they are like.
