The broad band piece of this is mostly going to the reddest of the red areas, and they will all take credit for it.

Name check him - it does get traction next year. We can win with two things -

A Voting Rights act - ANYTHING will do.

And clear concise 'I voted for this' and this is how it benefits you - or -

My opponent voted against this, is taking credit - and if he gets into office in a majority - they will take it away. All of it.
