1. In 2020 the upper income limit for the child tax credit was $400,000 per couple

We (democrats) changed the upper limit to $150,000 for 2021

Remember this was after personal exemptions had been taken away by previous administration

Taking away that child tax credit, in my opinion, really hurt us in the suburbs

The promise was , no taxes raised on those making $400,000 or less

To me taking away a tax credit is a raise

Throw in the “parents don’t have any say in what their kids are taught” and it’s no surprise he lost
