4. It is one hell of an ENORMOUS "single issue," given the loss of autonomy over a woman's body

literally means women are inherently NOT equal to men in the US. It also refutes the 13th amendment if a pregnant woman or girl can be FORCED to carry to term without regard to the impacts on the woman, essentially condemning a woman to enforced labor and a form of enslavement.
