It wasn't too bad when I first moved down here, Governors Jeb Bush and Charlie Crist (who later ran and won a US Rep seat as a Democrat) were at least sane and there was Senator Bill Nelson(Dem). But it's almost intolerable now. My deep Massachusetts Democratic genes are very depressed.

Hoping in the 2022 elections DeathSantis gets dumped. The Democratic Primary field for Governor is big and includes former Gov. Charlie Crist and Agriculture Commissioner Nikki Frieig the only Dem to currently hold a state wide position.

For Senator, current US Rep, Val Demings is also running in a big field of Democratic candidates against Rubio. I hope the Dems win in both races, and I hope I live long enough to see it happen. It 2 years away.
