Because when management treats them like shit, why would anyone stay in that job?

but oh no it was too expensive . universal health care , universal day care . oh no too expensive . but when another ceo buys a new high priced boat or jet with the peoples money , no problemo. also we can pay for forever wars and hearings on a certain secretary of state . somethings wrong.
