6. I'll preface this by explaining that this is not my opinion.

I'm on psych meds too, so I know what you mean. I wouldn't want to make Viagra illegal for you or anyone else.

But to use the anti-choice people's logic, maybe it's God's will that you have sexual dysfunction. Maybe God doesn't want you to reproduce. That's the way these assholes think when it comes to women having choice in their own destinies.

Pretty sure nothing in the
Bible or constitution gaurentees the right to an erection. So women don’t have rights because it’s gods will or it’s not in the constitution then men can’t be granted rights for the same reasons.

I think government control on the male side would only work if the drug were required by all men and they could only get it with government permission.

Personally I kinda like a male prohibition, where any males with a sperm count greater than zero, can only engage in sex with a government permit. operating that loaded gun without the required license would be prohibited and punishable.

Of course, I don't like any of this stuff I am just thinking of parity. If government claims to own a woman's uterus, under the same principle, it clearly has title to testicles too.

A lot of men and women want to have babies. Especially young men and women. Older men (maybe with ED) and older women (past menopause) just want to have and enjoy sex with no risk. You want to deny them?

Why should a man get free Viagra, to get an erection that may cause an unwanted pregnancy,then get away scot-free if she becomes pregnant and she is denied the right to an abortion if she so wishes?

really don't have an abortion issue.

While I support a young woman's right to an abortion, I am not against old men having sex. ED drugs are sometimes essential to that.

What is really the thinking on the left? Sex is bad? I'm for ED drugs and abortion drugs.

But if you want to deny sex between us oldsters, you're going to lose support.

Edit: BTW, viagra and similar drugs are not free.

22. I think you're failing to grasp the compare-and-contrast illustration

being made, and instead taking it as a literal mandate.

I doubt anyone is against the elderly have a quick cuddle, however when that freedom is contrasted at the expense of women losing autonomy over their own bodies, it should become more clear to more people how absurd the restrictions are.
