Spot On Tweet from Bill Maher during the Debate Last Night

"Mitt keeps taking issue with being criticized tonight - did they tell him this is a debate?"

Noticed that was part of McCain's complaint this morning... that Obama was being too critical of poor wittle Mitt.

Yeah, if Romney's that much of a crybaby when challenged, no way should he be Commander in Chief.n/t porphyrian Oct 2012 #1

all during the debate.

Perhaps "smirk" would be a better word, but during the split screen,

Romney kept this fixed, VERY patronizing gaze at the president that made me want to punch his

lights out....So take that, Tagg!

Haven't you ever seen someone "patronize" or "condescend" to a person

with a smile?...It's a look that says "You are beneath me, but I'm going

to be nice. It's a way of saying "I'm better than you", which, of course,

he's clearly NOT. Obama has more brains (and heart) in his little finger than

Romney has in his entire being.

we are absolutely but not exclusively both right.

Condescending people tend to be very good at
skin-mask smiles.

A real feeling, one that causes a real smile, is
something else, that's what I meant about it
being disconnected from feeling.

14. Debate:

1. A discussion involving opposing points; an argument.
2. Deliberation; consideration: passed the motion with little debate.
3. A formal contest of argumentation in which two opposing teams defend and attack a given proposition.

Maybe Rmoney needs to look it up.
