I wouldn't argue that there isn't a racist component to EVERYTHING the tea party says.

Though this may be one of those cases where it is more anti-intellectualism.

When I get called condescending it is usually because I am right about something.

"How dare the smart, black man confront the white man and his bullshit."

As Ricky Santorum said, "The elite, smart people will never be on our side." They hate education. They hate intelligence. Add that to their racial hatred of Obama and it sends them into raging, drooling fits.

Romney doesn't know the first thing about foreign policy and yet he's tried to find fault with everything the President has ever done?

No, he had every smackdown he's gotten from the President coming--and then some.

Like Detective Harris said: the shit's CHESS, not checkers...!

Willards "fewer ships than 1916" remark was pandering to an illiterate teabagging base. Charts, graphs, and math goes over those peoples heads. So Obama had to dumb down to language they might be able to grasp.

Romney literally said Obama was wrong. Then laid out what he said his plan would be, which was exactly point by point what Obama said we are currently doing. I lost count of how many times he did this. I can't believe 20 percent of people think this is a winning tactic.
