Question on meat in Grocery store

Our local grocery store has an ad that states USDA choice rib roast. I went there and i see it's marked premiere choice. I asked at the meat counter, and was told that this IS USDA choice. No USDA choice mark on the meat. I've NEVER seen this, so i wonder is this did the USDA change their system? TY in advance

My confusion is how the meat is marked in the grocery store. Ad says USDA but in store the meat DOES NOT carry the USDA mark. it's marked premiere choice. Shouldn't USDA choice carry the USDA label?
