Didn't qualify earlier but was determined to get one now.
CVS and Walgreens are completely booked into January, so I had to look elsewhere. My area is highly vaxxed - even the Republicans are vaxxed!
I finally went to a lesser-known pharmacy chain that wasn't advertising their vaccines very much.
An interesting place that has a section set aside for acupuncture treatments.
Anyway, Pfizer triple vaxxed for COVID and got my flu shot in October!
So far no side effects, but then I didn't have any after my first two doses, either.

(53,980 posts)We only have a few places that even offer it (small town red OK), but the upside? Easy to get an appointment, cuz ain't nobody getting the booster!

(31,528 posts)I felt a little tired and rundown over the weekend and my arm was sore for a few days. Other than that, I was fine.

Fist vax very sore arm that I could hardly lift up first day
Second vax just had a localized sore are few days.

No side effects here either, but since I'm immunocompromised I'd have actually preferred a fever or something. Just overnight.

(64,933 posts)had pretty much the choice of any hour throughout the entire day. I was in and out in ten minutes and only gone for about half an hour. Real quick.
