10. For about a week after Jan 6, the GOP seemed to desert Trump

Then McCarthy went down to visit him and everything went quickly back to Trump. It will be nice if they start to leave him again.

Personally, I'd like to see the Republican party go back to the days when we just disagreed with them on policy but didn't fear they didn't have America's best interest at heart. I'm not holding my breath on that one.
