Washington state Sen. Doug Ericksen (R), an outspoken critic of Covid-19 emergency orders, has apparently died of the disease at the age of 52, the Seattle Times reports.

Ericksen had been reported missing after testing positive for the coronavirus while on a trip to El Salvador and then taken to a hospital in Florida.

3. I've been following his story...

He got sick in El Salvador, was brought to Florida, and then no word at all.

He was one of the more obnoxious of anti-vaxxers, which is saying a lot.

The secrecy was part of that, like his constituents had no right to know he'd gotten trapped in his own lies.
