but this won't buy him another 6-12 months like the other ones do because the court isn't going to stop the investigation until the lawsuit is resolved, even if that lawsuit itself takes 6-12 months. It should be dismissed (because the idea a private citizen can basically sue an AG to prevent an investigation is absurd) but even if it is not he will gain no delay from this.

The way the courts protect an innocent person from being prosecuted is your trial by jury. that if where the facts and proof come out.

She must be getting close because this is a panic move.

When Trump was running for president in 2016, he had been involved in 3,500 lawsuits at the time. That's averaged out to 100 legal filings every year for 35 years! Who does that? I'd be honestly surprised if most local prosecutors have that kind of a caseload.

But Trump has continuously abused our courts for his own advantages while thumbing his nose at those same courts.

This abuse has got to end. And Trump must be punished for his voluminous crime sprees.
