If the RW makes a play for clandestine Russian troop support, I would hope the EU sends some elite clandestine commando style squadrons to fight against the white nationalists, although that is a really tough call if Trump or another Rethug are the POTUS, as Trump etc would treat that as an act of war by the EU.

Civil war in the US would be almost inconceivably horrible, and would ultimately come down to what side the US armed forces take, at the end of the day.

Some might go out there and try to do violence but they’ll be up against the actual government and a target they can’t identify. They can’t make laws and they can’t imprison people. All those institutions, whether some of them are in tfg’s camp or not, are established, and renegades can’t run them. Not in any effective way.

Hold firm. Vote. Do the right and kind thing. Don’t engage. Work underground if you must (not DU underground; we’re hardly underground—hi RWNJs! ) Teach. Support. Raise good kids.

We, meaning the actual people who run the govt., on both sides, outnumber them. The right is mean and greedy enough to try to control govt but they can’t govern alone, no matter how invincible tfg’s people, or the far larger number grifting them, think they are.
