I was working for the paper and he was getting the Commonwealth Award. I was so impressed with this guy. He was funny and persuasive for all the right reasons in all the right ways. And he said the reason so many people loved Nelson Mandela was because he was a good man. I think that when I see Joe Biden, a good man. Small stature, large heart. Rest in power, Bishop
