It's only a few months until the primary elections in 2022.

My suggestion: Back your favorite Democratic primary candidates as strongly as you can. If they win the primary, so much the better. If your favorites don't win, though, put the same effort behind the Democrat who will be on the ballot.

Why? Because other Democrats in your district or state decided that a different candidate should be on the ballot. We need to respect that and turn our full attention toward winning in the general election. That's the election that matters the most.

Let's not quit supporting the Democrat because we are disappointed in who won the primary. That's a losing strategy every time.

Run for office and/or recruit others to run.
Our New Mexico filing date is first Tuesday in March and I’m trying my hardest to have a full ticket of Democratic candidates.
Every candidate running delivers votes up and down the ballot.
