Trump DOJ seemed to think

he was the lawyer for the president and the Republican party. Biden DOJ is still arranging his office furniture. He can't figure out who he represents yet. Either way we seem to have no rule of law again for the rich and connected.

If you would do that, you would have a better picture of what the DOJ is busy doing. That way, you wouldn't have to base your opinion on guesswork.

Thanks.

Thank you! My line of work has me hyper focused on State, Treasury and Homeland Security -

I never get over to any of the other government sites. I will start looking at it weekly.

a lot of press releases regarding the 1/6 investigations. However, there are many announcements of programs that are being funded by the DOJ listed there. I expect more movement next week.

Hyper focused on Voting Rights - Ms. Clarke's work. I anticipate with the MLK Jr Holiday approaching - as well as mid term primaries in Q1 -

Garland is going to have her open the gates of hell.

Do you have some "in" with the DOJ that lets you know this? If not, then you're just one of those people that thinks Merrick Garland owes you something personally.

Of course, pointing that out will prompt "They're not getting tough enough sentences!!!!!!!"

But then there's challenging Texas's abortion law.
And voting rights.
And Contempt of congress charges.

But nah, the DoJ are not trumpeting what they're doing so obviously they aren't doing anything.

It's becoming clearer to me that a lot of people on the left didn't want to stop authoritarianism, they just wanted the authoritarian to do things they liked.
