Epstein is dead, the Lolita sex island burned to the ground (including the weird temple building I think), the photographs and videos that he had which he (probably) used to blackmail everyone have likely disappeared.

Not sure even if she offers some sort of deal to prosecutors now, she is unlikely to a) have evidence or b) get a real deal on the charges... the time to do that was before the trial.

13. The island burned? Not according to this Dec. 22, 2021 article

Epstein's house in Palm Beach was demolished last April, but the island hasn't changed:

What Jeffrey Epstein’s eerie private island is like now

The disgraced financier’s former private bolthole of Little St James has been eerily frozen in time, barely disturbed since his death in prison in 201. Io Dodds writes

By and large, Epstein’s island has remained as it was. Aerial photos taken in December 2021 show Epstein’s hilltop mansion complex, with its swimming pool and jetty, still intact, as well as various other buildings surviving across the island.

At Ms Maxwell’s trial, Epstein’s pilot Larry Visoski described the main residence as "an exploded house" – every room was built out from the central courtyard, and was its own separate bungalow.

The financier’s executive assistant Cimberly Espinosa testified that sand and palm trees were shipped to Little St James to enhance its beaches, and that it had its own firefighters and a fire truck.

In the photos, everything remains clean and pristine. The swimming pool is filled, the roads appear well maintained, the grass looks cut, and the palm trees are still growing. At least from the outside, all is eerily just as it was.

16. Well, when my husband and I passed by Little St James Island in November 2019, it didn't look burned

We were on a tour boat out of St. Thomas going to a reserve and passed by the island.

Plus these "exploration" videos in 2020 do not show effects of a "massive" fire:

(actual footage of Little St. Thomas starts around the 4 minutes mark)
