I assumed she was drunk at first, but after watching the whole thing, I'm not so sure...

I don't know what was wrong with her, but it didn't look (or sound) like alcohol to me. Not that I'm an expert on the subject (lol), but when someone is drunk enough to severely impair their judgment, their speech is usually pretty slurred....isn't it? She didn't seem to be walking like a drunk, either, from what I could see.

I imagine there could have been drugs of some kind involved, but some types of mental illness can also cause wildly irrational behavior. I'm sure she was impaired, but by what, I'm not sure.
