(58,785 posts)few posts I read were slandering Democrats, nothing but political disinformation.
The other account was of course closed for lying about a deadly disease, but seems to me today's Republican Party should qualify as one of those also.

(2,957 posts)She exceeds any 1st Amendment protection language with virtually every Tweet made.

(13,018 posts)Message from the office of the Congress Woman of the United States.
All proper with official seals and ALL Messages approved by the 45th President of the United States. Unless they are banned from Fucks News, this has no means of silencing her or his flapping jowls. How bout a ban for Rubios idiot mouth? He has pushed as much Covid disinformation as anyone. Little puke.

(7,765 posts)...as a loquacious freshman US Rep I doubt seriously that her divisive messages will reach an audience approaching TFG.

(2,360 posts)I reported most of the 18 or 19 tweets she wrote.
They were demonstrably wrong.

(7,401 posts)I think that is appropriate to an extent.
I recently got cut off, after the forced birth crowd lost their mind over my post. A DUer suggested I appeal. I did and won. They said it can happen if there are more than 10 abuse reports even if it doesn't violate the terms. They still want my phone number to get access to my login but I won't.
So with this experience, I see why they give politicians a little extra room. An unpopular point of view is going to get a lot of abuse hits just because people don't like what is said, or don't like the person. All this said, I'm thrilled that woman got some comeuppance.

(1,910 posts)Private companies can have policies they enforce, nothing a lawsuit can do or Trump would have been back long ago.
Midnight Writer
(25,410 posts)Just like Trump wanted Ukraine to ANNOUNCE an investigation into Hunter Biden. He didn't care if the investigation actually occurred of if they found anything. He knows an announcement of a legal action gets a lot of publicity.
Same with the "voting fraud audits" and lawsuits. They knew they wouldn't find anything. They just wanted to stir the pot and give their base a peg to hang their hats on.
And fundraise.

(3,560 posts)Fecesbook still allows her to peddle the exact same shit on its site. Until Zuckerberg and Fecesbook get serious about disinformation, nothing will really change with the GOPQ, etc.

I'm sorry. I can't even. I'll see myself out.
Enjoy "muh corporate rights" Marjorie. Between this and "doctor" Malone, Twitter became a tiny bit safer place to learn about the safety and efficacy of COVID vaccines.

Twitters had enough.
Im not on it, but does Joe Sixpack get the same forebearance that the likes of Taylor-Greene and Trump got for their dangerous recklessness before they got kicked off?
Honest to God, Twitter is such a blight.
