There needs to be a way to bring awareness

to the floor votes of elected officials,
Something like this
If you voted for a congress person that votes against child tax credit then you don't get the child tax credit.
Your congress people reflect your vote.
That would make the brainwashed wake up and take a look.

How would you identify and single out the voters who voted for a congressperson who voted against the child tax credit? Sounds a bit Big Brother-ish to me.
