Question - given that Trump probably has a pre-nub, the only way that she would benefit would be if he has the assets to pay her off.

I don’t know the law, but would question if the NY Courts find that he has been playing fast and loose with his real estate, could they put a hold on the Trump assets?

Plus, since Trump has indicated that he is only an employee at Mar-largo - wouldn’t that be subject to forfeiture?

With multiple lawsuits against his for instigating a riot on January 6, 2020 - could that put a lien on his assets?

Any chance that if the RICO is applied that there is the potential that all of his assets would be tied up in Court for the immediate future.

And, if he is charged by the DOJ for ??????? What does that do?

I don’t care that his parents lived long lives, he is clearly in the midst of some slow decompensation cardiovascularly . It’s just a question of time: she’s a young woman relatively speaking, and she knows she’s going to be a widow sooner rather than later.

I don’t give a damn what your genetics are, you can’t live like that, eat like that, look like that, and have the difficulties he has and live into your 90s, it is just not going to happen. I’ve spent a career dealing with geriatric individuals, and I know who the long livers are, and he ain’t it. That is not to say that pricks can’t live to advanced old age, Lord knows I’ve had to deal with many of them, but no one in my practice of 44 years who is that grotesque anatomically and habitually a binge eater of horrifying foodstuffs with documented organ issues (intestinal) which he has, makes it to advanced age. What often happens, is that everybody says they’re doing great, and you come in one Monday morning and hear that the individual is hospitalized, and then three days later you read the obituary notice in the paper. That’s how it happens. Often enough that I can generalize.
