There's lots to be said here but to be brief, healthcare workers who refuse to be vaccinated are an immediate threat to patinets and endanger everyone's life who is in the hospital. This goes far beyond patients and impact everyone in a hospital atmosphere. Visiting a sick loved one who is hospitalized with non-Covid issues? Have a cup of Omicron with your eggs that room service just brought you!

The morals & ethics surrounding healthcare workers who full well know that they are a literal death threat to those in the immediate orbit is ridiculous and these folks have no business being in healthcare to begin with.
