Judge finds Cyber Ninjas in contempt for not turning over documents re: AZ Fraudit

The company that ran Arizona's election "audit" - which made a big deal of claiming county officials failed to turn over records - was just held in contempt of court for failing to turn over records.

The company's CEO, Doug Logan, is now apparently the "former CEO." Logan said last month that the audit left his company about $2 million in debt.

The judge imposed sanctions of $50,000 a day, which is 50 times more than what The Arizona Republic had asked for.

Sounds like this hearing went very-not-well for the Cyber Ninjas.

I'd bet a shiny nickel that Doug Logan had no personal exposure on whatever contract was signed with the Arizona Republican party to conduct the fraudit. He's free and clear, Arizona is stuck holding the bag, and whatever order the judge issued is a legal nullity because the corporate person known as The Cyber Ninjas is deader than a doornail.

Tell us, Arizona Republicans, when you look in the mirror, do you see a bunch of Charms Blow Pops? Because you are a bunch of suckers!

They don't have time for that right now, they're busy getting ready for their 'leader' to get there next week to 'lead them on!'
