MSM has mentioned quite often (almost in a praising sort of way)

How VP Pence 'did his duty' in certifying Joe Biden's presidency.

But at no time have I heard them mention that 4 years prior,
it was VP Joe Biden who had to certify TFG's presidency.

Geeze, I can't even begin to imagine how Joe felt about having to do that.

Nixon did it after losing to Kennedy, and Al Gore did it after losing to Bush.

Nixon was a wacko and ultimately did a lot of damage to our country. But at that time, at least, he was gracious in defeat.

Thus the desperate search for signs of rationality.

5. Remember when Trump was planning on choosing Chris Christie as VP,

....however that all changed when visiting Pence's homestate, his plane was delayed, so Trump & his new campaign mgr, Paul Manafort arranged a meeting with Mike Pence & what emerged was Christie being replaced with Pence.
The Republican Convention platform was then hijacked by Paul Manafort & his RU organizers & Trump announced his VP choice as Mike Pence.

Pence was selected VP for Trump, by Paul Manafort, on behalf of Putin.

Pence should never be presented as honorable in any history book.

8. Jared Kushner probably had a lot to do with that too

Kushner hated Christie with a passion, because Christie was the NJ Attorney General who put Kushner's father in jail.

Probably Manafort and Kushner teamed up against Christie, and they convinced Chump that Mike Pence would never bite back because he has no balls. Chris Christie on the other hand is actually a savvy lawyer, besides being an asshole.

This right here:

7. It's almost like people expect democrats to be honorable

And expect republicans to get away with being dishonest, rude and mean.

Obviously media and others are allowing this.

12. Sorry, why would that be notable?

Pence's situation was significant because 1) his safety was at risk, and 2) it went counter to his four years of fawning praise for Trump.

As for Biden, he probably felt less bad than Al Gore did.....
