The so-called lower rank people have been charged already, mostly with misdemeanors. That will be the end of the story for them.

Haven't seen anything to give a glimmer of hope that they will. And I'm talking about ring leaders not low level scum, they're being charged.

A RICO case could be explored. Don’t know if it could be made, but could be explored. The problem is that it would be seen as an very political prosecution but the Republican Party is turning into one big Ponzi scheme.
