Have we peaked yet with post holiday Covid infections?

It's been nine days since New Years Eve, so I expect everyone is back home.

I know this might be the only way we see a waning in the numbers. Otherwise, I know from regular runs to the store, that some people are over taking precautions. And, it's not all young people who are walking around maskless. But, I have been mostly in open areas, like nurseries.

It will peak first where it hit first - look to it peaking along the coasts and major cities first. It's just getting started in the rural areas, so there's a long time before it peaks there...

E.g. the big omicron spike seems to have started in New York City during early December, but it seems to have hit Kansas starting about a week ago.
