Robert Mueller chose not to indict Trump because he was a sitting president but Mueller named him "individual one."

Donald Trump lost the presidency, he could have been charged with campaign finance violations, the ducks were all laid out in a row. DOJ has exercised so much patience that the statute of limitations for indicting Trump has expired.

There's a difference between being patient waiting for a tea pot to boil and patience to indict someone when there is a statute of limitations, when there is an election that may dissolve the select committee, when there is DOJ policy that it does not reveal investigations too close to an election that may influence the outcome of an election.

Day 26 since Garland has received the Mark Meadows criminal referral.

The entire case would have relied on Cohen as the only witness. The defense would have destroyed him easily. There was no winnable case there.

The 10 counts of obstruction of justice in the Mueller investigation occurred independently of the January 6 crimes, a long time ago now. They should have already been indicted.

how close we are to losing our democracy. When people higher up are not held accountable the first coup attempt is then known as practice for the next one.

DOJ has indicted no higher up. Steve Bannon was pushed on their plate and he is scheduled for trial in late July. In the meantime he is pushing the insurrection on his pod cast every damn day. He is inciting violence, working to push out honest election officials and replacing them with Magats.
