I'd like to see Biden at a crumbling bridge in West Virginia

Run an ad or give a press conference there. Tell West Virginians we want to make this bridge safe.

Tell them to call their senators and demand that they fix that bridge.

Sometimes people need a specific example.

The Bridge was probably originally built with federal money. Left to fall into disrepair by the state. Now you want it repaired using federal dollars?!?

There's a reason states like WV get more federal money than they pay in. Because their socialist/communist representative funnel federal money into pet transportation projects they can't afford to keep up with their own state's tax revenues.

Every dollar diverted to states like WV for transportation is money that can't go to transportation projects in states with far more people and far more strained transportation infrastructure.

We all know Democrats are socialists and communists. AOC and other progressive Democrats push programs that take money away and direct it to themselves and their constituents . All Republicans and M$M take this as a fact .

If this is "fact" then why are states like CA and NY (full of communists/socialists ) the states that contribute the most in federal revenue (taxes)? Now compare that to KY and WV (and others) who contribute much less overall but get more federal money than they pay in.

And who's the "communist/socialist" in this argument again? Oh, that's right, progressive Democrats from states that get the least payback on their federal tax contributions...

And that's why I'm totally unconcerned with BBB because a good chunk of it will go to states that loath federal spending but are the first in line when federal monies are handed out.

Doing what I suggest would at least build political pressure to fix that one bridge, if nothing else.

And make it harder for manchin to oppose bbb.

Part of the bilateral infrastructure bill that passed?
Wasn’t Manchin a huge reason that passed?
