COVID has shut my bank for the week.

I logged in to make a bill payment and found the notice. Closed for the week. If anyone needs access to a safe deposit box, they are directed to call another branch to contact someone with access.

Another nearby branch is closed today and tomorrow.

Four other branches are open for drive-up only due to lack of staff.

This is in eastern MA.

including the drive-up window. There is no staff on hand.

Corporate HQ is open, and so are most of the branches but for drive-up only - no inside access to customers. One other branch fully closed today and tomorrow.

Online is available for its usual purposes.

Some branches no longer offer teller services -- just ATMs and financial consultants.
