...Politico is on par with The Hill for me -- meaning, I won't visit their site again, I won't link to their site or stories, and I won't up-vote anyone who links any of their stories. Politico went and removed their mask with that blatant Sotomayor hit job. Their intent and bias is clear at this point.

Do a Google search on it. Politico ran a pic with some Democratic Senators eating dinner and they claimed that one of the women pictured was Sotomayor, implying that she missed oral arguments that day, but was cavorting around with Democratic Senators while mask-less at dinner.

It turned out that the women in question was Schumer's wife. Politico since said they didn't even bother to follow their own standards before running the story with the pic, which means they were more interested in pushing an anti-Democratic agenda rather than any sort of journalistic standards.

That, combined with the slow drip of other problems they've had for years, convinced me to just shut them off for good. Any news they manage to break will be broken by other, more reputable sources -- if true; therefore, no need for me to ever bother with them again.

My favorite WH reporter, Jonathan Lemire, is now the WH Bureau Chief for Politico.

Formerly the WH Correspondent for AP.

He hosts an MSNBC daily show called WAY TOO EARLY which I have never seen for obvious reasons.

But I trust him, I've relied on his objective reporting for years now. He's still a "news analyst" for NBC.
