Elizabeth Holmes sentencing in September?

The government and the defendant are both proposing a sentencing date in September on account of 'ongoing proceedings in another matter'. That's an extraordinarily long delay. Is the government thinking of using her as a witness in the trial of her ex-boyfriend? That would be a shock.
