The wind chill at the summit of Mount Washington was 76 degrees below zero Tuesday morning. The Mount Washington Observatory reported the air temperature at sunrise was 30 below zero with winds of 65 mph.

I was impressed, but it's a quick transfer to that temperature. Wow!

I did attempt to ski Tuckerman's Ravine back 50 years ago, but there ain't no way I'll ever do that again.
