GOP Attorney Generals group held war games in 2020

Kansas AG aides attended ‘war games’ summit where group planned response to Biden win

The Republican Attorneys General Association (RAGA) held a conference in Sept 2020 where more than 30 staffers in attorneys general offices around the country gathered in Atlanta for the September 2020 event.

The financing arm of RAGA, the Rule of Law Defense Fund, sent out robocalls on Jan. 5-6n 2021 telling people to go the insurrection and march on the Capitol. Money for this came from Publix heiress Julie Jenkins Fancelli.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Two top aides in Kansas Attorney General Derek Schmidt’s office traveled last year to a summit where staffers of conservative attorneys general participated in “war games” to plan how they might respond to the outcome of the 2020 presidential election.

Records obtained by Kansas Reflector show the two aides — Clint Blaes and Jeff Chanay — were approved to travel to Atlanta for a summit of senior staff members of attorneys general offices put on by the Rule of Law Defense Fund, a group associated with the Republican Attorneys General Association. The group paid for the two aides’ expenses.

And while the travel authorization records from Schmidt’s office referred to the event as training, records obtained by a former Democratic candidate for attorney general in Missouri show the September event included a “huddle” referred to as “war games,” where attendees planned how they might respond if Donald Trump lost re-election. It’s not clear what discussions Blaes and Chanay participated in.

Here's a similar story from the Hill:

The call, which was first reported by the investigative organization Documented, told Trump supporters, “At 1 p.m., we will march to the Capitol building and call on Congress to stop the steal.”

“We are hoping patriots like you will join us to continue to fight to protect the integrity of our elections,” the message added.

said that the major issue is that RLDF is a “fundamentally partisan” organization.

The AG assistants were acting in their official capacity, on government time, while attending this summit. In their official capacity they're not suppose to be partisan.

Says the professor: "they’re not supposed to be thinking about whether we lose the White House in the sense of President Trump or we Republicans or, for that matter, we Democrats,” Clark said."

Instead these legal fascists sent out robocalls encouraging the march and attack on the Capitol. And only GOD know what else the slimey Republican AGs were up to.

5. Other robocall conspirators

I took handwritten notes last year about the fascist AGs promoting fascism, insurrection. Here are some names that surround the RAGA robocalls.

Publix grocery store heiress Julie Fancelli paid for RAGA robocalls promoting the insurrection the day before/or day of the fascists storming the Capitol.

The calls were sent by the Rule of Law Defense fund, which shares funding, staff & office space in DC.

In addition to the dark money from heiress Fancelli, other notables in these shenanigans include:

Nebraska AG Doug Peterson

Adam Piper, the Exec Dir at RAGA

Peter Bisbee, Exc Dir. of RAGA's fundraising arm, Rule of Law Defense Fund (ha ha ha, what a fucked up name)

Chris Carr, Chairman of RAGA & Georgia's Atty Gen

Charles Herbster, some rich GOP asshole from Nebraska, who I think was at the Jan 5. meeting and outed Tuberville.

Brandon Straka, jackass who started the walk away campaign, Nebraska native and was a storm trooper charging the Capitol on Jan. 6

It's my hope that these corrupt GOP Attorney's Generals get their comeuppance

what the break out discussions covered.

An attendee list would provide a warning: "look out for this nazi in the future"

Journalists from GOP states with GOP atty generals could get records request from their state's atty. general office.

South Dakota is super corrupt. A starting point for a records request?

8. So the plotting took place in Sept 2020

The robocalls came the day before the insurrection. Did the AGs plot for this piece of the failed coup in Sept 2020?

[link:https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/republican-ags-group-sent-robocalls-urging-march-capitol-n1253581|]

An arm of the Republican Attorneys General Association, a national group representing the top law enforcement officers in their states, sent out robocalls encouraging people to march to the U.S. Capitol the day before the building was stormed by a pro-Trump mob.

“At 1 p.m., we will march to the Capitol building and call on Congress to stop the steal,” said the voice on the recording, which was obtained by NBC News.

Who wrote the script for the robocalls? Whose voice was used? Who signed off on this?
