I sure could never bring myself to shoot one. If I were so fired up about it that I felt I needed to do something, it would be to catch them and take them to the animal shelter. That's harder than shooting them, of course, but I'd think you'd sleep better at night.

Neighbor's little girls brought a home-made dog collar over this morning. Their mom is allegoric, so they sometimes come over to play with our dog. I thought the gift was a random kind of thing, but now I know there was a reason for it. Ugliest green-yarn collar on the planet, but the dog likes it, so I think it stays.
