Fixing the glitch for Apartment dwellers/ for the Free Test Site

NOTE: If you live in an apartment, if you enter your apartment number in the second address line the website doesn't recognize it and treats the building address as a SINGLE household = ERROR.
*Include your apartment number in the FIRST address line instead to work around it.

This workaround does not work for me... Frustrating. Trying to order for an older friend who is totally offline. Seems like the site only allows one order per STREET ADDRESS. Big f*** up.

Keeps saying a kit was already ordered for this STREET ADDRESS.

I'm sure we'll hear a s***load about this tomorrow.

I haven't looked at the website. Maybe they'll be posting a correction.

Wonder if you can reorder with the corrected address line.
Ugh.

my building is small and it's possible I was the first to place my order. I'd imagine it would be subsequent orders that would have the difficulty as the address has already been used.

Instead of just the Apartment Number (which didn't work), I put "APT [Apartment Number]" in the APT field, and that worked fine.

I'll keep watching this thread for updates. Thanks for posting.

On edit: Just tried again leaving the hyphen out of my apartment number. It worked!
