NOTE: If you live in an apartment, if you enter your apartment number in the second address line the website doesn't recognize it and treats the building address as a SINGLE household = ERROR.
*Include your apartment number in the FIRST address line instead to work around it.

(4,919 posts)This workaround does not work for me... Frustrating. Trying to order for an older friend who is totally offline. Seems like the site only allows one order per STREET ADDRESS. Big f*** up.

(11,851 posts)my building is small and it's possible I was the first to place my order. I'd imagine it would be subsequent orders that would have the difficulty as the address has already been used.

On edit: Just tried again leaving the hyphen out of my apartment number. It worked!
