If ever has the guts to indict the Former Office Occupant, then and only then do I think DOJ enters the fray. Right now I still feel they are too timid to be proactive under fear that they would be viewed as political on President Biden's part. (Which isn't anything close to being true, but post Bill Barr that's always going to be lingering in the air.)
