So Newt Gingrich says Garland and committee could go to jail.

If the Republicans take control in Nov. Gingrich says that Garland and the Jan 6th committee could go to jail for " running over peoples civil liberties." Your time is over Newt.

if they sweep (steal) the midterms AND the presidency in '24 they'll just make up laws as they go along, as no one will be able to stop them.

They reckon they have the right to not even be investigated.

"They're innocent!"

Uh... innocent people get investigated all the time. That's part of the point of investigating, it happens when you're not sure they're guilty of innocent. If you knew 100% they were guilty, you'd proceed straight to trial.

Plus... no, they're not innocent...
