Manchin has never voted for a Democratic-nominated SCOTUS candidate, because there has not been a vote on a Democratic-nominated SCOTUS candidate during his entire time in the senate.

Therefore, it is misleading and false to say that he "voted for" every Democratic-nominated SCOTUS candidate.
