Question. She said that "we" are not safe. Not even those in the (department?) And then she mentioned something about the D.A.s new laws and received a standing ovation.
Can someone please provide background for this? Is the D.A.'s new laws good or bad?
BTW, she was amazing.

Most are minor offenses but resisting arrest is one that has angered the cops.

Its the broken windows theory vrs letting the little things go least they escalate to further hostilities between the police and communities they police.
