Many here and several former US prosecutors, law professors and attorneys well experienced in arguing before the Supreme Court are also wondering aloud why Trump has not been indicted.
Ad hominems are not arguments; they're excuses for not having an argument.

(17,196 posts)Its all about the timing. The longer it takes to get the indictment, the closer it gets to another election. Trump is all about stalling court cases. Hes a master at that if at nothing else.
Garland needs to work harder and move faster. The fucking clock is ticking!
