You really need messed up priorities to spend that much money on a lousy football game.

Good luck, I want the Bengals and it's not cause I'm a bitter 49ers fan, I am but we will be back without Jimmy G, I want the Bengals cause they have never won even one.

(32,634 posts)Normal years, the Super Bowl tickets get bought up way early by people who don't even know if their team will be playing. Then they hold on to the tickets until they find out their team isn't in it, so they're willing to let the tickets go to the highest bidder.
Well how do you know what to ask for your SB tickets? You have to look on sellers' website - StubHub or whatever this is - and see what OTHER ticket owners are asking. That's how you know how much to ask. There's definitely a ridiculous inflation going on, but I'm guessing these prices will come down if nobody's buying.
Like everyone else, I'd rather watch it on TV and avoid the traffic and long lines.

Rams winning likely hurt resell value. No travel plans needed. People can wait until game day.
