a fool and his money?

You really need messed up priorities to spend that much money on a lousy football game.

9. Go to one game to figure it out. TV is the best vantage point.

My 12 friend went to see seattle lose to the pats and had to watch the final INT play on the big screen. For almost $5k I can find better ways to spend my money.

Good luck, I want the Bengals and it's not cause I'm a bitter 49ers fan, I am but we will be back without Jimmy G, I want the Bengals cause they have never won even one.

50K visitors every game and not much of a whisper of covid occurring. Incredible!

10. These are "asking" prices but is anyone actually paying that much?

Normal years, the Super Bowl tickets get bought up way early by people who don't even know if their team will be playing. Then they hold on to the tickets until they find out their team isn't in it, so they're willing to let the tickets go to the highest bidder.

Well how do you know what to ask for your SB tickets? You have to look on sellers' website - StubHub or whatever this is - and see what OTHER ticket owners are asking. That's how you know how much to ask. There's definitely a ridiculous inflation going on, but I'm guessing these prices will come down if nobody's buying.

Like everyone else, I'd rather watch it on TV and avoid the traffic and long lines.

11. A lot of people who buy those tickets have no interest in the game

They're big corporate types who take their clients there for the party. A lot of them will leave by half time to get to their private jet.

12. Those upper corners were 6950 prior to the rams winning

So some erosion already. I expect prices to continue to drop a bit. Issue is ticket resellers will hold out. Hoping to find fans/suckers to panic buy.

Rams winning likely hurt resell value. No travel plans needed. People can wait until game day.
