I just exhaled, too! I thought I heard he'd had covid, and my first thought was a stroke while I under covid. I immediately went to worst case envisioned. I am SO glad he's going to be okay. We've got to many good guys vulnerable right now, especially. Too much going on, between covid and the crazies out there with guns. Lady, keep each and everyone of them safe and sound in Your loving arms, I pray!

(3,392 posts)Maybe Ive just gotten too cynical, but its the Senators chief of staff who is quoted as saying that hes expected to make a full recovery, not his doctors. He had a bleed in his cerebellum, which controls movement and balance, among other things. My brother also had a stroke from a cerebellum bleed (AVM) and he definitely did not make a full recovery. Also, this happened last Thursday. Why are we just hearing about this now?
