(50,935 posts)If all those "responsible gun owners" were actually responsible, they would be out in the streets themselves, demanding stricter gun laws.
How do they look at these statistics and think all those deaths are an acceptable price to keep their hobby unregulated?

(33,284 posts)it may have been "gang-related", which is a euphemism for minority youths shooting each other. i don't know what minority because i don't know the area.
all school shootings aren't equal in the eyes of the media and much of the public; rampage shootings by incel white boys get much more attention, and you need more than 2 victims to get to qualify as a "mass shooting".
sorry to be jaded about this ongoing tragedy. condolences to the families of the victims.
